Nutrition and training programs are tailored to each individual based on your current lifestyle and nutrition likes and dislikes.

* Initial consultaion and fortnightly progress checks must be conducted at a single location (e.g. the home of one of the challengers)

* The mobile assessment is available only to customers residing within Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Please contact Ultimate Personal Training for a quotation on a mobile assessment if you reside outside of the Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The free mobile service is based upon a 20km round trip from Ultimate Personal Training to your home and back. Anything beyond this distance will incur a fee.
